Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Agency Command. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize any payment and supervise your use. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Conduct

Do not abuse, disrupt, automate against, reverse engineer, exploit, harass through, or use the service unlawfully. Do not attempt to access another account or submit content that infringes rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect players, the service, or legal rights.

Fictional content

Agency Command is an original fictional superhero-management game. Calls, characters, locations, events, reports, and AI-generated dialogue are fictional and are not claims about real people, venues, emergencies, or authorities. The game is not an emergency service and must not be used for real-world emergency guidance.

Virtual items and currency

In-game funds, resources, scores, heroes, rankings, and other virtual items are licensed game features with no cash value, ownership right, or guaranteed permanence. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, or sold unless Cerberus Game Labs expressly enables that feature.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Game balance, generated content, and availability may change. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

Termination and disclaimers

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Governing law and contact
