Information we process

We process account details such as email, display name, password hash, verification state, security/session records, registration and login IP addresses, and policy acceptance. We store privacy-adjusted headquarters location, city, region, time zone, and map radius—not the precise browser coordinate used before the device applies its random offset.

Gameplay data includes agencies, heroes, Calls, dispatches, outcomes, progression, relationships, rankings, and settings. If you enable Priority Link, we process AI conversations, relevant game context, memories, token usage, safety identifiers, and consent state. Support email may include sender, recipients, subject, plain-text body, threading headers, timestamps, and attachment metadata; attachments are not downloaded or rendered.

Billing records include PayPal subscription identifiers, status, billing-period boundaries, transaction/event identifiers, and limited audit metadata. We use cookies for secure sessions, CSRF protection, preferences, and essential service operation.

Purposes and providers

We use data to operate and secure accounts, provide gameplay, process subscriptions, deliver email, answer support, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and comply with law. Providers may include hosting and database infrastructure, Redis, Resend for email, PayPal for billing, OpenAI for consented Priority Link processing, and MapTiler for location search and maps. Providers process data under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention

AI conversations remain until you delete them or delete your account. Current billing-period usage totals remain after conversation deletion to prevent allowance resets. Closed support threads are removed after 24 months, full transient webhook payloads after 90 days, and necessary billing records after seven years. Security, legal, backup, and fraud records may remain as reasonably required; deletion from backups follows the normal backup lifecycle.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke AI consent, delete AI conversations, start a new game, opt out of leaderboards, or delete your account through Settings. Account deletion removes active personal game data subject to necessary billing, security, legal, and historical competition records. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@cerberusgamelabs.xyz. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Children, security, and changes

Agency Command is not intended for children under 13. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes receive a new version and require acceptance before continued authenticated use.
