Recurring billing

Priority Link is an optional recurring subscription billed by PayPal at the price and interval shown before approval. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the selected funding method each billing period until cancellation.

Cancellation, failed payments, and access

You may cancel through PayPal or the available subscription controls. Ordinary cancellation and a failed renewal stop future renewal but retain access through the verified paid-through date. Access expires after that date. Refunds, chargebacks, invalid subscriptions, fraud, or administrative revocation may end access immediately.

Usage limits

Each paid billing period allows at most 500 player messages. AI capacity can be exhausted sooner because usage depends on message length, conversation context, team-channel size, and generated replies. Capacity and message allowance do not roll over and reset only when PayPal verifies the next billing period. An active trial may have proportionally smaller limits.

Refunds

Ordinary cancellation is not prorated. Refunds are generally limited to duplicate or unauthorized charges, material service failures, and circumstances required by law. Contact support@cerberusgamelabs.xyz with the account email and PayPal transaction details; never email a password.

Changes

We may change future prices or plan terms with notice required by law or PayPal. Changes do not remove already paid access except where immediate restriction is required for a refund, dispute, invalid subscription, safety, fraud, or law.
