Support is handled by direct email; Agency Command does not use an in-app ticket submission form. Include the email address on your account and a concise description. For billing questions, include a PayPal transaction or subscription ID. Never send your password, verification link, payment credentials, or sensitive attachment.

Agency Command is a game, not an emergency service. For a real emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
